UK Standard Delivery
Orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday – Friday) and shipped from our fulfilment facility.
Delivery usually takes 1–7 working days after dispatch depending on your location.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Orders placed outside the United Kingdom
Orders placed outside the United Kingdom are processed within 24 hours (Monday – Friday) and shipped via international tracked delivery.
Delivery times usually range between 5–12 working days after dispatch depending on the destination country.
International Taxes & Duties
All orders are shipped from our fulfilment facility.
Some countries may apply import taxes, customs fees, or duties on international orders. These charges are set by your local government and are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking
All orders are shipped with full tracking.
You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking details once your order leaves our warehouse.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure the shipping address you enter is correct before completing your order.
We are unable to change the delivery address once the order has been dispatched.
We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect address details provided at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship the order for an additional shipping fee.
Returns
This returns policy is separate from our Money Back Guarantee.
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for non-faulty supplements.
We are unable to restock or resell returned products, even if they appear unopened.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, you are eligible for a replacement or refund.
Faulty items must be reported within 60 days of delivery.
